// policy
Refund policy.
Refunds happen for three specific triggers, listed below. Anything outside those triggers, we’ll usually try to make it right some other way (credit, key swap, HWID reset) — but you should read the specifics before you buy, not after.
When we refund
- Duplicate charges. If your card was charged twice for the same order (payment retry gone wrong, refresh at the wrong moment), the duplicate is refunded automatically inside a business day. No action needed on your side.
- Loader downtime beyond four hours. If the loader is paused for longer than a rolling four-hour window, active licenses get a pro-rata credit against remaining time. If you’d rather have money back than credit, request it via Discord within seven days of the pause — we’ll refund the pro-rata portion of your unused time.
- Unused keys within 24 hours of delivery. If your key hasn’t been activated yet and it’s within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp on your account page, refund on request. After 24 hours, or after first activation, this trigger no longer applies.
When we don’t refund
Some situations feel like they should qualify but don’t — either because they’re not on our side, or because refunding them would break the trust model:
- Expired keys. A 1-day key that’s been active for 20 hours isn’t refundable — you got 20 hours of the overlay you paid for.
- Steam bans. If your Steam account gets banned, we investigate the incident, but the refund policy depends on the cause. Verified detections trigger refunds (see below); buyer-side mistakes (running on main, stacking kernel drivers) don’t.
- Buyer-side conflicts. If the loader won’t run because you have Riot Vanguard installed, Windows 11 Memory Integrity on, or corporate-managed Windows blocking Defender exclusions — that’s a config issue we can walk you through, not a refund case.
- Change of mind. "I bought a 30-day, played once, don’t like it" isn’t a refund trigger. The 1-day tier at $7.99 is the trial substitute.
- Charge-backs filed without warning. Filing a card chargeback before contacting us is a fast way to get your license revoked and the email blacklisted. If you have a legitimate issue, DM Discord or email support first — we resolve almost everything faster than a chargeback would.
Verified-detection refunds
If the loader is detected in a way that aligns with our own private log (a known signature match that slipped through, or a rare anomalous flag we couldn’t predict), we refund the remaining active time on the license, and in some cases the full purchase amount — case-by-case, decided in Discord after we investigate. Buyer-side conflicts (running on main, stacking Vanguard) don’t qualify even if the ban is real.
How to request
DM the operator on Discord with your license email + a short description of what triggered the request. For chargeback-adjacent cases, email [email protected] so there’s a paper trail. We reply inside one business day.
Refunds are processed through our payment platform. Card refunds land in 3-7 business days depending on your bank; crypto refunds land on the next chain confirmation.
The version that appears elsewhere
This is the long-form policy. The one-line summary on the buy line and in the home FAQ is the short read. Where the two disagree (they shouldn’t), this page is the authoritative version.
