Discord is where the operator answers — DM the operator handle, or post in the support channel and someone real replies. Email works too, but Discord is usually faster and lets us walk through problems in real time.
Primary
Discord
Ping the operator directly or post in the support channel. Median reply time is under an hour during EU / US play hours, longer on quiet nights.
Backup
For anything that needs a paper trail: refund requests, payment issues, account access problems. Response inside one business day.
What to use each for
- Discord — install help, config questions, "is it live right now", "did the last EAC push break something", quick sanity checks. Anything you'd want to fix in the next five minutes.
- Email — refund requests, payment disputes, account recovery, chargeback discussions, anything with a receipt attached.
Before you ping
Two quick self-checks first — both save you time waiting for a reply:
- Is the loader paused? Check the status page. If it says paused, that’s the answer.
- Is your install issue one of the common ones? The troubleshooting doc covers the 15 most common problems with symptom → cause → fix.
What we won’t help with
Some things fall outside what a cheat vendor can help with:
- Getting a WARDOGS Steam ban lifted — that’s between you and Steam. The EAC safety doc covers what triggers bans and how to reduce risk.
- Advice on cheating on your main Steam account — we recommend against it (see the safety doc). If you do it anyway and it goes wrong, that’s on you.
- Recovering lost license keys sent to an email you no longer control — make sure the email on your account is one you can access.
