Terms of service.
By buying a license or using the Wardogs Cheats loader, you agree to the terms below. Read them once; they don’t change often. If anything is unclear, ping Discord — someone real will explain.
1. What you’re buying
A time-limited license to run the Wardogs Cheats overlay against the WARDOGS video game. The license is bound to your account and, on activation, to the machine you first run it on. Length of the license depends on the duration you purchased (1-day, 7-day, or 30-day). No refunds outside the conditions listed in the refund policy.
2. What you agree not to do
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the loader or your license key.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Run the loader on more machines than the license allows (2 self-serve HWID resets per cycle; a third routes through support).
- Use the loader to grief, harass, or dox other players. We keep the right to revoke licenses for buyers whose behavior brings scrutiny on the operation.
- File a chargeback without contacting us first — see the refund policy for the proper process.
3. Risk acknowledgement
Using third-party software with WARDOGS is against the game’s Terms of Service. Running the loader means accepting that risk. No cheat vendor can promise you a hundred-percent ban-proof loader on a kernel-mode game — we don’t, and we say so on every page. The EAC safety doc covers the real numbers and the mitigations. If you get banned on your main Steam account after we advised against it, the loss is yours.
4. No warranty
The loader is provided as-is. We commit to the operational discipline described in the safety doc and the compensation described in the refund policy, but we don’t warrant that the loader will always be undetected, always be available, or always work with your specific rig configuration. Compatibility, EAC state, and Windows update behavior can all change without notice.
5. Termination
We can revoke a license for chargeback abuse, key sharing, harassment, or repeated buyer-side conflicts (stacking Vanguard, running on family-shared Steam against advice). Termination cancels remaining time on the license but does not automatically trigger a refund. You can cancel your account any time by requesting deletion via Discord or email.
6. Not affiliated with WARDOGS
Wardogs Cheats is an independent tool. WARDOGS is a trademark of its publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the game’s developer, publisher, or Steam. Using the loader may violate the game’s Terms of Service or Steam’s Subscriber Agreement — that’s your call to make.
7. Governing law + disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operation is registered (see the privacy policy for entity details). Disputes are resolved through Discord and email first; anything unresolved after 30 days can proceed to the appropriate legal channel.
8. Changes to these terms
We can update these terms. Material changes get announced in Discord and by email to active license holders at least 14 days before they take effect. The last-updated date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
